Jules at First Step, in my opinion, has to be one of the top Estate Agents. We have finally exchanged on our property, and although First Step wasnt the agents acting on our behalf, Jules worked tirelessly for us to ensure that we purchased the house of our dreams through them, always on the end of the phone to answer any concerns, nothing was too much trouble and always went the extra mile.....an absolute credit to the industry. First Step are without question, the most interactive & professional Estate Agency that I have experienced throughout my 40+ yrs of home ownership.Ian, Emma & Kerry assisted us to relocate from Northamptonshire to Brington, Huntingdon. They were always attentive & responsive - and assisted my wife and I greatly, to 'tailor' our new home to our precise specification. No request was too small or 'inconvenient'.They are a credit to their profession & I have no hesitation in recommending them as truly the 'First Step' when considering the often stressful decision to move home.
We used First Step for the sale of our old house and they were also the agent for the purchase of our new place. To say they go the extra mile is an understatement. We had to deal with a lot of problems along the way and First Step were amazingly helpful. They took charge and sorted things out, and they moved mountains to get my family into our new house before our requested deadline. Have sold 2 and purchased 2 properties through First Step now and my in laws have rented with them on Fairfield. The team are great - incredibly knowledgeable and approachable.
