This is the second time I have needed to visit the physiotherapy clinic due to SPD / PGP in my last two pregnancies. I have been lucky enough to see Becky with both blocks of treatment. She truly is amazing & takes the time to listen to my issues. Becky provides a friendly relaxed atmosphere with a mixture of hands on treatment and accupuncture alongside advice for when I am at home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic to anyone needing similar treatment.
Started seeing Becky at 17 weeks pregnant as I was suffering terribly with SPD. I wouldnt of managed the next 20 weeks of my pregnancy without the treatment she gave me each session. Friendly atmosphere and nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend this clinic
I would highly recommend, the physio asked a number of detailed questions at my first appointment and I walked out feeling a lot more comfortable and was back to normal within a few days. There was no pressure to book further appointments, which I've had at other places, I was told to see how I got on as they felt that one session and the exercises given would resolve my issue.
I have been attending pilates classes with Mandy for nearly a year - absolutely love the classes! Definitely recommend these classes.
I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.I have attended several times since having a total knee replacement & thanks to Mandy Watson who has a great ability to combine effective therapy with a friendly and welcoming manner and good advice for "homework" I have achieved good mobility in the new joint. My only disappointment ? When I have the other knee replaced early next year I will have moved out of the area and will be too far away for treatment here.
